Any ambiguity in the booking process? No worries, just check out the answers below to some of the most common queries by our customers.

Q: What happens after I book?

A: Once your payment is approved, you will receive a personalized Triplou print-at-home voucher and an e-confirmation for each experience booked. This voucher will also be emailed and whatsapped to you as a confirmation of your booking. Please contact us if you have any difficulty.

Q: If I need additional tour information, who do I call?

A: Please feel free to contact any one of our tour experts on any of our helpline numbers or write to us at [email protected] if you are stuck.

Q: Where do I present the voucher?

A: You must provide the original, authentic Triplou voucher to the appropriate service provider in order to redeem your experience. Your reservation cannot be honored or redeemed without presenting a valid Triplou voucher. For security purposes, when redeeming your Triplou voucher, you must present a valid Photo ID and the Triplou voucher. This is for identification purposes and helps us to prevent fraud.

Q: Are my details secure?

A: Triplou has partnered with Instamojo and PayPal as its payment gateway partners. Both our payment partners use a high-level 128-bit SSL certificate with Verisign encryption that hides your credit card number and CVV so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. So stay hassle free, your information is safe with us. 

Q: Can I change the number of travelers I booked?

A: Yes. If you need to add more, simply buy another ticket. If you need less, please contact our helpline and we will assist you, subject to our refund and cancellation policy.

Q: I want to change the number of travelers before booking completion – how can I do it?

A: Edit the product you wish to book on the Dashboard under – Review Order – Click Change Details – change the number of travelers to get an updated price and availability.

Q: Can I buy a voucher as a gift for someone else?

A: Absolutely. Simply contact us at [email protected] or give a call to any of our helpline numbers.
